When you submit a quote request, we may share your information with builders and contractors who pay us for referrals, at no cost to you. We are not a builder or contractor and do not perform construction work. This does not affect the data in our guides — cost figures, permit fees, and lot-development facts are compiled independently of any referral relationship.
What we are not
We are not a builder or contractor. We do not perform construction work, provide binding quotes, or supervise projects. Any contract for a prefab or ADU build is between you and the builder you choose, and we encourage you to verify any contractor's license through the California CSLB license portal before signing.

- By submitting a request you agree that partner builders and contractors may contact you about your project by phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- We do not sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.
Named companies
City guides sometimes mention local prefab or modular builders, their published pricing, or promotions found during research. These are examples drawn from public sources, not endorsements, and those companies have not paid for coverage.
